About Your Shipment

• Free shipping for orders over $50.  Free delivery will automatically apply to your order during check out.

• Items in stock ship the next business day (Monday through Friday excluding holidays) if placed by 5pm EST.

• Items not in stock ship as soon as they become available.  If order cannot be fulfilled, a refund will be issued.

• All orders are subject to review which may affect shipping times.

• Flip Toys ships to Canada only. We do not ship to Yukon, Northwest Territories, or Nunavut.

 

Cost

• Delivery cost within Canada is $6.99 CAD.

• Free shipping is offered for orders $50 and up. 

*Qualifying purchases must be equal to or greater than the threshold value in merchandise only.

 

Shipping Timelines

• All orders are shipped from Thornhill, Ontario.

• Takes 2-7 business days.

• Please expect your delivery to take an additional 3 business days for rural areas.

   

Delivery & Service Delays  

Shipment dates are estimates in accordance with our carriers.  If you live in an area experiencing an unexpected service delay (i.e. severe weather, natural disasters, unscheduled events, etc.), please note there may be additional shipping time to receive your order. 

 

PLEASE NOTE  - signatures are not required for deliveries.  If there is no one to accept the delivery at the shipping address you provided, it will be left at the door. We are not responsible for missing, lost, or stolen packages. Please track your package, note the delivery date, and be present at your shipping address to accept your package. Extra freight charges will be incurred if your order is undeliverable and returned to our warehouse.
